Instant-Video at the AIXCHANGE Conference 2025

At the AIXCHANGE Conference 2025, organised by cyberLAGO e.V., I delivered an Instant-Video that was finished and shown before the event itself officially closed including footage from the final sessions and the closing moments of the conference.
The event took place on 2 December 2025 at the Stadthalle Singen and brought together the regional AI ecosystem under the guiding principle “Klartext statt Hype – KI-Wissen, das wirklich zählt.”

The central element of the coverage was an Instant-Video that was edited continuously throughout the day and completed before the event officially closed. By working on the edit while the conference was still running, it was possible to integrate footage from all phases of the event, including the final sessions and the closing moments themselves. The finished video was shown live on site immediately after the last talk, turning the aftermovie into a shared closing experience rather than a retrospective recap.

​Alongside the video, I delivered 100 edited photos on the same day, covering stages, speakers, exhibitors, and networking moments across the venue. The fast photo delivery enabled immediate communication while also providing a high-quality visual archive for follow-up reporting, documentation, and future promotion of the conference.
