EU Communication
My Erasmus exchange in Iceland during 2010-2011 changed my life in the most fundamental way, igniting my passion for videomaking by capturing the special moments around us when a simple group from across Europe came together. This experience motivated me to try to inspire people with my videos to go abroad and experience the world, appreciating the unity and diversity of Europe. Starting as a volunteer, I now have over 10 years of experience dedicated to supporting and promoting the European Project.
We are One - United in Diversity |
University Communication
Graduating in Philosophy (M.A.) and Psychology (B.A.), I'm basically a Philosopher with a camera and my passion for knowledge drives me to promote education through engaging videos. I believe educational videos can inspire lifelong learning and make complex scientific concepts accessible. By transforming intricate topics into visually engaging content, I help your institution stay relevant and connected with its audience in real-time. Whether it's capturing academic events, documenting research, or creating promotional material, my services enhance comprehension and promote the love of learning.

Instant-Coverage for Events
Traditional productions take a long time due to extensive planning and post-production, which can delay your communication efforts when it comes to event coverage. In today's fast-paced world, waiting weeks for an aftermovie is simply impractical. By the time the video goes online, a million different things have already happened, and the short period of relevance for your event is gone.
That's where Instant-Coverage comes in. With Instant-Videos and Instant-Photos, you can communicate in real-time while events are still happening. Share short videos and photos on social media immediately, stun your audience with an aftermovie on the same day at the end of the event or create a video series to share over the next weeks. |
Some of my passion projects:
Sometimes you simply have to follow your heart and create what you want...
"A Lonely Dance" was conceptualised during the first lockdown in March 2020 when I saw my city completely empty and I wanted to capture this historical moment.

This video with ESN was filmed during the first Erasmus Generation Meeting (EGM) 2022 and I tried to answer the question: How do you explain to your Mum what you do and why you are volunteering?

Every regular video production has it's own needs and the cost depends on various factors such as the scope, complexity, and specific requirements of the project as well as how many videos shall be produced. The more budget we have available for our production the higher the production value will also be when it comes to planning time, equipment, crew size, location etc. But check below some of the main points to consider:

I have a last minute request is it possible?
Yes, last minute requests are possible.
Please keep in mind that I'm usually fully booked at least 2-3 months in advance with multiple projects running simultaneously and I'm planning my production schedules accordingly.
A last minute request will mean an increase in workload and working overtime on my side which will be charged at a higher rate.

Do you work alone or in a team?
Most projects I do are usually planned as a one man production and most of my projects you see here on my website I have executed as a one-man production video hobbit army but always in close collaboration with my clients who organised the events, took care of locations or interview partners.
Some productions require multiple people on set and in this case I can reach out to my vast network of professionals and fill the needs.

Do you handle all aspects of production, including scripting and editing?
Yes. Since I'm working as a video producer for over 10 years I will also handle all aspects of the production in close collaboration with my clients. This way you only have one contact point throughout the entire project.
How long does it take to receive the final product?
Instant Event Videos will be done on the spot almost instantaneously and everything will be delievered before the end of the day.
Regular productions on the other hand can take a few weeks to months including the pre-production to develop the narrative, find interview partners and locations all the way through the production days and post-production. While filming and editing can be quite fast it usually takes the most time to receive feedback from high stakes projects until everyone had time to provide feedback.
Slate productions where we produce a whole series of videos can take several months up to years as well depending on the project scope and framework contract.
